No license to the use of such marks, names or trade dress is granted to you under these terms and conditions or by your use of our Website. 

Your misuse of the trademarks displayed on our Website is strictly prohibited. You are also advised that we will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including seeking of civil remedies and criminal prosecution.

INDEMNITY: You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Atlanta Solution Apparel, its parent company, and all of its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of our Website or the Term of Service must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. 

The section titles in the Term of Service agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. 

As used herein, “Augusta Golf Training Center web services” at https://asasportsapparel.com  shall also mean “Atlanta Solution Apparel Brands.”
